Fix PayloadCMS Dependencies

Hey Chase I think this was all sorted out by trying to install using bun instead of npm. We definitely need guide for it though in the future.
I am going to cancel this and create a new post for a guide requests.

bun does fix the dependency issue but it will still load with a route conflict error off the bat without removing the (frontend) folder
